Respect is to be gained, not to be earned

From my previous posts can see that I was suffering during my works, but everything is different on today onwards.

I presented my tasks well in front of my manager and I am now handling the new task which is to eliminate the losses of RM4 million per month. I believe that I can make it by deriving my new system.

Operators commented that I am very strict and serious when performing my tasks and I very agree with that as I am serious with my works. As today something that gonna change for everything. Manager seldom believed what supervisor and the leaders over there as most of the time he will only believe with what I said because I did not involve in any politics.

So today, I found out a problem and the problem actually supervisor and leaders knew it but they not dare to voice out for operators because scared of problems. So today I don't care and straight inform the manager regarding the issue and provide a solution for them. Operators were very happy with my action and said thank you to me..

Well, I may look strict and serious for you but I am just doing my works and to improve the overall system. I am not like the previous trainees that Just doing all those works without using brain on how to solve and detect the problems. This is what the operators told me..

I person works as operator, clerk, engineer and researcher and I am super busy all the day until I need to key in those data until 10pm at home. Howwver, as long as the tasks that I can manage means is not tough, just troublesome.. I think I need to hire assistant d..

Workers started to pay respect to me as they knew that my report is much more better than their mouths so whole the day I am like the boss walking around... haha.. finally...

I try my best for not involving in any politics as I dun wan to get troubles on myself.. Everyday they compalint to me I will just listen after that forget about it..

Maybe they don't know me yet.. they duno wat kind of person I am, bt as time flies, they will know it and see it...

一个实习生的心声

我只是一个实习生

曾经很期待的盼望有个很好的学习机会

可惜一切并不是我想象中的那么完美

苦

我并不是来之富贵的家庭

从小就吃了不少的苦头

妈妈说要学会吃苦才能成功

吃的苦中苦，方为人上人

我吃得起苦

因此学习了独立

从中学开始我都是自己赚自己花

可是妈妈没有教过我要吃死猫....

我很高兴我的经理给我三个重要的任务去完成

但是我不明白为什么那边普通的工人不理解

天天要我做苦工

我很忙

忙到我只有在晚上才能开始我的任务

我很累

也很委屈

半夜三点会惊醒开电脑检查自己是否完成了任务

精神上实在不平衡

今早

经理突然问我为什么没有量温度

我说温度表已经用完了而我已经问过技术人员但他们都不知道

当经理带我去找他们质问时

他们说我没有像他们提过

我当时傻掉了

经理很生气地走了

过后他们就质问我

我当时很想哭

我不明白为什么他们要推卸责任给我

我选择了沉默

为了不要惹事

我吃了这只死猫

我不是苯

我只想宁静的渡过这个学期

那边的人很粗鲁

我在排队洗手

有一个外劳

走过来就把我推走

我真的很生气

但也只能够忍..

受尽委屈

我已经够有压力了

回到家很累

不想说话也有很多事要处理

我不要求别人的谅解与体谅

我只想过着宁静的生活

现在我才明白为何在那边工作的华人都是哑巴的

哑子吃黄连，有苦自己知

我决定在那边做哑巴

我只不过想学习

不是戴罪的羊

请不要欺负我

我相信

现实有诅咒

梦里有祝福

日子多坎坷

名里有变数

只盼久旱遇甘露

相信天无绝人之路

Conflict

My supervisor as well as production manager, he assigned me to do those engineering works like to do research and to develop a new system since all the data gonna be computerised. he told us that we came in the right time as we need to develop the user friendly system so that those workers at there which are just primary standard education level could able to use the system.

When i was doing my research at the casting site and taking my data, the leader at the site who has been working for 25 years jealous that my work is so simple thus keep giving me those Kuli works to do.. well, nvm, I learnt and i got injured..

In fact, I don't mind to work more as I could many skills, but yet do not take any advantages on me. I knew that he wanna achieve his targets per day but my job is much more important than him as i am developing a new system that could improve the production and this is my job as an engineer. I only spent two days to understand whole the system and i completed my tasks within a week instead of a month. Next week I am going to teach them the new system, definitely with no mercy...haha.. do not try to bully a trainee like me as you will regret =p

Everyday when I observed the workers daily routine, i felt pitiful to them especially those from nepal, they got to to tough works compared to malaysian and yet still can give me a smile when I approached them.

辛苦，我不觉得比他们更辛苦

他们不是笨，只是没有我那么好命受到那么多教育

所以我读书时都很努力

这样才会对的起自己

有些人

有的读不读

不努力，跟那些外劳比起来

比个屁！！！！

在我那个部门的华人中年男士都是哑巴的

为了一天的三餐

几辛苦都说不出口

前几天，我计算错误让其中一个哑巴员工很冤枉

他尝试跟我解释

到最后我才明白他们要说的意思

I have been working in production since form 2 and i know clearly how the works going on, and now I applied my knowledges and experiences into my tasks and that's why i learn faster. And yet those experienced workers at there sure will lansi a bit la because they know very well of the system in their department and yet I still have to respect them although sometimes they did something wrong. I am actually found out many problems from the system and they have been working wrongly for so many years for the calculation until I reveal the problems.

gain fat easy but diet is super hard ..

Everyday after my working hours I went for jogging and trying my best to just eat fruit for my dinner and yet the max i can tahan is 2 days.. noob la me..

Today moon came and visit me and she cut her hair till super short..

I am glad to say that we are still able to maintain such a good friendship until now, it is not easy tho,.. She isn't feeling well and thus went back early.. she told me that I am really a fragile guy, 容易受伤的男孩

just now I went for jogging and i realised that my toe was actually very painful and but yet I don't care as this is my style.. After i reached home and took off my shoe and this is what i saw..

The skin was actually stick with my sock and when i removed that time was just so.......geli...

I believe after my internship, I will be more responsible towards my works to ensure a luxurious and blissful future.. I believe I can do it and I must do it..

意外

第一天上班过后，我就告诉朋友说迟早一定发生意外，果然今天发生在我身上。 今天我负责grinding process，就是要磨平藏品， 那架机器是用脚来控制，就是一个旋转的针包着砂纸..

砂纸平了，必须换，当我换的时候，没有留意脚下的个制，一踩，整只针在我的手指上转，当场傻掉，被吓坏的周围的工人，他们都不知所措因为血一直留，我很冷静的忍着痛自己洗伤口.

我只是知道很痛，整个手不停的抖..

拔掉皮还有血丝的肉再把它包起来

那只针坏了，整只弯掉了..他们说我很幸运，因为手指没断.

最近的工作都是拿着生命危险来做的

进入火炉量温度，那里的电线交叉复杂，不小心踢到就会完蛋，煤气泄漏过后整个工厂就会爆炸。他们叫我要很小心..意外的事情很难所，我不小心跌倒在火炉周围等于死路一条

日子难过

度日如年

听到有些朋友的工作很轻松，其实我很羡慕

新学期，我相信我会更努力的读书以换来幸福的未来

这三个月地狱试的训练，只会把我锻炼的更坚强

我相信能够克服一切

哪怕只是流血

拼了老命也要活下来

It's tough

Due to certain rules and policies and I can't reveal much in my post..

I started my internship yesterday and everything is not ok.. And again I deal with casting again.. temperature 300 C and above ..

poisonous materials.. and very reactive sumore..

I know it is tough, and I suffered a lots on my 1st day.

But I will not give up and I wanna take this opportunity to train myself to be strong in mental and physical..

My lunch in canteen, 1 tray, rice in the mid, then side dishes with fruit.. it is similar like certain situation and I don't have to mention that..

I will not give up, after my working hours i was so tired but i insisted to go for jogging..

As long as I dun get burned on my hand and dun get injured then I will feel very happy d.

Some of my friends very enjoy themselves in their workplace and that's great..

Finish the task assign then I would be free d..

有些事情我必须要声明

虽然偶尔在我面前开开玩笑

但是有些东西我很在意

有些事，我觉得很讨厌

我很希望周围的人尊重我的隐私和我的私生活

而且我也很清楚的知道某些人的企图为何一直拿这个来开玩笑

今年华人新年前的一个新期就是因为发生过同样的事情而害我差点失去了个朋友

也就是因为这个事情变得我更会保护我自己

有仇不报非君子

不是不报

只是时日未到

有些人因为贪玩而胡言乱语

有些人却因为某些利益

这太明显了

你说我时常找这几个人谈天，

那你呢？？

但是这是你的自由

我也不会去理

同样的我也希望这发生在我身上

请不要逼我

因为我已推出江湖

我再走前一步就是两败俱伤

没有肯定的事我是不会公开的

请不要去猜测那个结果
